Flexible production of plastic enclosures
For more than 30 years, we have been offering flexible series production of enclosures made from various parts and materials in Berlin. In addition to plastic parts, we also supply sheet metal parts, rubber parts, foils and everything else needed for a complete enclosure. Both for series production with large quantities and for manageable quantities of a small series, we can draw on various manufacturing options for our customers and offer the desired product in a suitable manufacturing process.
However, the interfaces between product design, construction, prototyping and production also play a decisive role in the smooth running of series production. For this reason, we decided early on to offer our customers an all-in-one solution if required. This enables us to cover the entire field from the idea to the finished series part.
Over the years, we have developed reliable supplier partnerships for realisation, whether in the immediate vicinity or in the Far East. As we also have extensive expertise in the quality of injection moulding tools, we can assess whether a tool meets all requirements to ensure smooth series production. By supervising mould construction and carrying out continuous quality checks, we ensure that the moulds are always ready for use and that the quality of the products remains consistent. We also have a highly competent and well-equipped prototyping department for the production of small series and samples at every stage of development.
Series production does not necessarily mean large quantities. Many of our customers therefore use the high-quality products from our prototyping department both for market tests and as market-ready products. Due to the high quality, we are able to offer small series at a cost-optimised price in reliable quality. This includes not only the manufacture of plastic or metal housings, but also assembly work optimised for the product. It is important to us to support our customers in as many of the necessary production steps as possible.
To ensure cost-optimised series production, we have an experienced purchasing department. Recurring customer requirements are organised and our prototyping department is supported in the procurement of suitable accessories. Optimum quality at the best possible price, communication and adherence to delivery dates play a major role here. In addition, the purchasing department assists the development departments in determining the costs for the procurement and realisation of samples.
In order to guarantee our customers continuous product quality, the jointly defined quality features of the series product are guaranteed by our quality assurance department through incoming and outgoing goods inspections. As we offer our customers the best possible quality, we are aware of our quality-relevant processes and are regularly audited by accredited bodies. Constin GmbH has therefore always been certified in accordance with the current DIN ISO 9001 quality standard.
