Constin designed the beverage case for Magnus for Delbrouck.
Magnus beverage case
Delbrouck needed an experienced development partner to design a water crate for Magnus. The manufacturer is a European leader in the field of plastic transport packaging. The company was therefore looking for a suitable partner with the right expertise. The choice therefore quickly fell on Constin. The design, construction and production of plastic molds is one of our areas of expertise. We have been designing and developing beverage crates with great success since the mid-1990s. This has resulted in crates for Gerolsteiner and Coca Cola, among others. This is precisely why our design team was able to guide the manufacturer through the entire design process with its in-depth knowledge.
Designing drinks crates
The design of a new drinks crate starts with creative ideas and considerations. This is followed by line drawings and simple hand models. The results are increasingly refined and optimized in a joint working process. The process step is rounded off by determining the decoration method (IML, screen printing, multi-component technology, label, etc.) and checking the feasibility. At the end of the development process, there is a 3D article drawing and a real model using the laser-sintering process.
